 Students & Teachers in Jharkhand Engage with Exam Stress Tips

Ranchi: Several schools across the state on Friday tuned into the ninth edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ through the online mode as PM Narendra Modi addressed and interacted with students across the country ahead of the upcoming exam season.The programme was telecast live in all govt schools, where students attentively watched the interaction. A total of 3,96,717 students from Classes VI to XII across govt schools participated in the programme, said a statement from the Jharkhand Education Project Council. Along with the students, 25,999 teachers from the govt schools also listened to the broadcast.During the programme, the PM shared practical insights on examination-related stress, time management, self-confidence, goal setting and positive thinking.Board-appearing students of ASTVS District CM School of Excellence, Ranchi, described the PM’s advice as inspiring. The principal of the ASTVS District CM SOE, Yashmin Gargari, said, “The interaction helped the students gain clarity and confidence. The Prime Minister’s emphasis on calmness and self-belief will certainly help them face their examinations with a positive mindset. The students benefited from the guidance on managing examination stress, maintaining focus and approaching exams with confidence.

At the Cambrian Public School, students from Classes VI to IX and Class XII were shown the live telecast as part of a special initiative to reduce exam-related anxiety. The principal of the Cambrian Public School, Paramjit Kaur, said, “The session was organised to help students overcome fear and stress. The guidance shared during the programme was practical and motivating.”At Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, the live programme was screened for all students after the morning assembly. Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir principal Lalan Kumar said, “Pariksha Pe Charcha is an effective platform to address students’ emotional and academic concerns. Such interactions play an important role in building confidence and reducing stress before examinations.”
