Practical externals for Inter first, second year students from this academic year in Telangana

Telangana Board of Intermediate Education on Monday announced the restructuring of practical exam pattern of science subjects (physics, chemistry, botany and zoology), by introducing 15 marks for practical exam for first-year and 15 marks for practical exam for second-year students.

This academic year onwards, students of both first- and second-year Intermediate will have practical examinations conducted externally, the board said on Monday. The practical exam for the first-year students will be conducted for 90 minutes and will be supervised by BIE-appointed external examiners.

Further, it said that science lab manuals that contain the practical syllabus, model question papers, the month-wise schedule and the annual plan have been uploaded to the official website (https://tgbienew.cgg.gov.in/).
