Prime Volleyball League Season 4 starts October 2 with 10 teams, competing in 38 matches and final on October 26.

The Prime Volleyball League’s fourth season will commence on October 2 with the hosts, Hyderabad Black Hawks, facing the defending champions, Calicut Heroes.

The season will conclude with the final on October 26, as per the schedule released on Tuesday.

What Is New In Prime Volleyball League?

This season will feature ten teams, with the addition of the Goa Guardians, marking the largest edition yet. The teams will be divided into two pools of five each.

Pool A includes Goa Guardians, Chennai Blitz, Kochi Blue Spikers, Bengaluru Torpedoes, and Kolkata Thunderbolts. Pool B comprises Hyderabad Black Hawks, Delhi Toofans, Ahmedabad Defenders, Mumbai Meteors, and Calicut Heroes.

A total of 38 matches will be played: 35 during the league stage, where each team will face four teams from their pool and three from the opposite pool. The top four teams at the end of the league stage, regardless of the pool, will advance to the semi-finals.

After more than 21 matchdays, featuring back-to-back contests and double headers, the league will progress to the semi-finals on October 24, with the title match set for October 26.

Volleyball fans will be able to experience the excitement of top-tier teams battle it out on the volleyball court starting 2nd October 2025, live on Sony Sports Network and Prime Volleyball’s YouTube channel.
