PSTET 2026 exam details and marking scheme

Each paper comprised 150 questions, with 1 mark awarded per correct answer and no negative marking. Paper 1 targets candidates for classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for classes 6 to 8. The minimum qualifying marks vary by category: 60% for General/EWS (90/150) and 55% for OBC/SC/ST (82/150).
