Pune's Moshi building collapse claims 9 lives, last missing person found after 84 hours

Search and rescue operation at Moshi building collapse site in Pimpri Chinchwad ended around 1:30 am on Sunday, after dead body of the last person reported missing Waman Kasbe, who was trapped beneath the garbage mound outside administrative building of the Waste to Energy Plant of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation was found.Death toll in the incident has now reached 9.Kasbe was found nearly 84 hours after the incident.Kasbe had gone out for a walk after lunch, when the incident happened and he came under the garbage mound.He was the only person trapped outside the administrative building while rest 8 were trapped in the collapsed building structure.Rescue teams recovered 8 dead bodies from the site on Saturday while one was recovered on Thuraday.
