More than 2,000 realtors from 38 cities and over 300 developers will converge for PROP CONNECT 2026
Pune: The Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP), in association with the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), will organise PROP CONNECT 2026, a one-day summit for real estate consultants on July 6 at JW Marriott.
The event is expected to bring together more than 2,000 realtors from 38 cities and over 300 developers from across the country under the theme ‘Realtors - Fueling the Future’.The summit will serve as a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among real estate consultants, developers, policymakers, and technology experts. Organisers said the scale of participation makes it one of the country’s largest gatherings of the organised realtor community.Udayan Mane, President, PROP and Ramesh Toshniwal, Convenor, PROP CONNECT 2026, gave this information in the press conference on Friday. Mane said, “ The day-long programme will feature keynote addresses, fireside conversations, and panel discussions on Pune’s future growth, market trends, artificial intelligence, automation, entrepreneurship, and business expansion.”A key highlight will be a keynote by Abhijit Chaudhari, Commissioner, PMRDA, on Pune’s next growth corridor. The programme will also include ‘The Panchshil Story’, a fireside conversation with Atul Chordiya, and ‘Story of the Titans’, featuring leading developers discussing the future of India’s real estate sector. Several marquee developers from Pune’s leading real estate companies will also participate in exclusive fireside sessions, Ramesh Toshniwal mentioned.Darshan Chawla said the technology segment will feature Vaibhav Sisinty speaking on AI and automation for modern realtors, while CA Sarthak Ahuja will present the 2027 real estate market outlook.
