Singh said the AAP made Chadha an MLA and later elevated him to a Member of Parliament, adding that the party had 'given him a lot'.

Moments after Raghav Chadha and six other MPs of the Aam Aadmi Party announced their exit from the party, AAP leader Sanjay Singh alleged that “all these MPs have betrayed the Punjab government and its people."

Singh said the AAP made Chadha an MLA and later elevated him to a Member of Parliament, adding that the party had “given him a lot," but Chadha may have “already settled comfortably" in the BJP.

Taking a broader swipe, Singh said, “Look at the history of Rajender Gupta, Ashok Mittal and Swati Maliwal—the party did a lot for them." He further alleged that “all these MPs have betrayed the Punjab government and its people," adding that “the people of Punjab will never forgive them."

“Operation Lotus is being executed on the Punjab Government…ED, CBI is being used to execute this Operation Lotus…The people of Punjab will never forget these ‘traitors’," said the AAP leader training guns at the saffron regiment.
