United Forum for Quranic Studies-Vizianagaram District Organiser Mohammed Habeeb has urged Muslim families to ensure their children study the Quran regularly, to understand the importance of ethics and morals in life. 

The organisation held a Quran recitation competition at Masjid-e-Tauheed Ahle Hadith in Vizianagaram on Sunday. As many as 120 students participated, and winners were presented gifts and merit certificates. 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Habeeb announced that the winners of the competition would advance to the zonal and State-level competitions that will be organised by the organisation’s State chapter. The Association’s executive body member Syed Riyaz who was the chief guest asked all Masjids to hold such competitions regularly to motivate students. The Association members Rabbani, Rahmatullah, Mujaffar, Quresh and others attended the event.
