Offers roll in, but Calgary holds firm

That hasn’t stopped rival NHL teams from testing Calgary’s resolve. According to insider reports, general manager Craig Conroy has received multiple serious trade proposals for Rasmus Andersson, including one from the Los Angeles Kings that reportedly featured an eye-catching package.

While details of the offer remain under wraps, the suggestion was that it could have brought in valuable draft picks and young talent.

Vegas Golden Knights speculation gains traction

Adding fuel to the rumor mill, some chatter has linked Rasmus Andersson to the Vegas Golden Knights. The defending Stanley Cup contenders have a reputation for aggressive roster moves and are always on the lookout for experienced defensive depth. However, there’s little to suggest that any serious negotiations have taken place between Calgary and Vegas at this point.Even so, speculation will likely continue to swirl until Andersson’s future is resolved. With the NHL regular season looming, teams in need of a proven top-four defenseman will keep Calgary’s phone ringing. For now, though, Andersson remains in Alberta, focused on preparing for training camp rather than plotting a move to another franchise. Also Read: NHL trade news: Connor McDavid’s big decision between the Edmonton Oilers and Auston Matthews’ Maple Leafs stirs speculation
