Ravindra Sannareddy on ASSOCHAM panel

Sri City founder-managing director Ravindra Sannareddy has been appointed as the Chairman of Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) national council on SEZs and industrial zones for 2026-27.

The appointment is aimed at bringing eminent industry leaders and domain experts together to guide policy dialogue and strengthen India’s SEZ ecosystem.

Former zonal development commissioner of Noida SEZ and former director general of Export Promotion Council for EOUs and SEZs, L.B. Singhal, shares the leadership team with Mr. Ravindra Sannareddy, along with Centrum Legal managing partner and the author of the book Law and Practice relating to SEZ, Hitender Mehta.

ASSOCHAM President Nirmal K. Minda, who announced the formation of the council, called the leadership team as capable of steering the industry body’s SEZ initiatives.

Mr. Sannareddy, who expressed happiness over taking the new responsibility, called it the right time to position and strengthen SEZs as engines of ‘Viksit Bharat’.
