YouTuber Reckless Ben has released Part 3 of his Bricks & Minifigs documentary series after a court-related delay that temporarily stopped the video from being published. The nearly hour-long documentary focuses on the legal dispute that followed his investigation and includes courtroom audio recordings, a phone call with a prosecutor, and Ben’s account of events that took place while the video remained on hold.

The release comes days after legal restrictions were modified, allowing him to speak publicly about the case again. Ben also used the documentary to make fresh claims about the criminal proceedings connected to the dispute.

Reckless Ben shares courtroom recordings and phone call with prosecutor Nick Miel

A large part of the documentary centers on the legal proceedings that followed Ben’s investigation into Bricks & Minifigs. Since cameras were not allowed inside the courtroom, the video relies on official court audio recordings to present key moments from the hearings. One of the most discussed sections features a recorded phone call with a man identified as prosecutor Nick Miel. During the conversation, Ben asked whether the prosecutor had watched video footage that had been submitted to police as part of the case. According to the recording included in the documentary, Miel replied, “I have not watched it. No.”

Ben argues throughout the documentary that the footage supports his version of events.

He says his group immediately agreed to leave the property when asked and disputes allegations that they threatened to burn down the building or shoot anyone inside. The documentary also revisits discussions between Ben and investigators. According to Ben, police determined that one of the original allegations made against him, extortion, did not apply. He claims investigators then examined whether any other offences could be relevant to the case.During the phone call shown in the documentary, the prosecutor also noted that “a video doesn’t necessarily show everything that possibly happened,” a point Ben included in the final release.

Reckless Ben claims legal requests exposed his identity as Part 4 is confirmed

Elsewhere in the documentary, Ben claims Bricks & Minifigs obtained his personal information through legal requests made to Google. According to him, that information allowed the company to connect his anonymous investigation to his real identity and later pursue legal action.Ben also addresses the court order that delayed the documentary. He says prosecutors requested restrictions on how discovery materials could be used because they believed he would publish them online. According to Ben, the judge approved those restrictions, temporarily limiting what he could publicly discuss while the case remained active. The release of Part 3 follows recent developments in federal court. A modified order approved by U.S.

District Judge David Barlow replaced an earlier restraining order and allowed commentary, publication of court documents, and investigative reporting related to the dispute. Near the end of the documentary, Ben says those restrictions have now been lifted, making it possible for him to publish the long-delayed episode. He also confirmed that the project is not over yet, telling viewers that Part 4 of the Bricks & Minifigs series is already in development.
