New Delhi: Redmi has officially entered the over-ear audio category by introducing its first-ever wireless headphones in China. The latest Redmi Headphones Neo aims to provide active noise cancellation, long battery life, and premium audio features at an affordable price, making it an attractive option for users by looking beyond true wireless earbuds. It features a minimalist design with foldable earcups for easier portability.

The headphones use protein leather ear cushions filled with slow-rebound foam for improved comfort during the extended listening sessions. The earcups support up to 110-degree rotation and 15-degree tilt to better fit different head shapes, while the adjustable metal headband is specially designed for durability and comfort. The headphones are powered with 40mm titanium-plated dynamic drivers, which are housed inside an independent acoustic chamber to deliver cleaner sound with reduced distortion.

It supports USB Audio for wired playback at up to 96kHz/24-bit lossless quality and carries Hi-Res Audio certification. It also included four preset EQ profiles alongside a 10-band custom equalizer. Active Noise Cancellation is rated at up to 42dB and provides Deep, Balanced, and Light modes. It packs a 600mAh battery that delivers up to 72 hours of playback on a single charge, while a 10-minute charge offers up to 5 hours of listening time.

It also features adaptive ANC, a triple-microphone AI calling system with wind noise reduction at speeds of up to 5m/s, Bluetooth connectivity, dual-device pairing, audio sharing, notification broadcast, and Xiaomi HyperConnect features such as precise device finding, quick pairing, and audio transfer between compatible devices.
