New Delhi: Recently, Redmi has teased its upcoming Redmi K90 Ultra ahead of its debut on June 30. However, the device is expected to deliver flagship gaming performance. It might feature a 6.83-inch flat display with slim bezels and large rounded corners.
This display will support a 165Hz refresh rate, uses M10 display material, which reaches up to 3,500nits of peak brightness. It also comes with Xiaomi’s Qingshan eye protection technology and gaming touch enhancements.
Redmi K90 Ultra will go to houses with an 8,550mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery with 16% silicon content. It might include a 100W wired, 22.5W wired reverse charging, and motherboard bypass charging while gaming to help reduce the heat generation during extended play sessions.
Redmi has also confirmed landscape network optimization and dedicated gaming audio features. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor coupled with the D2 dedicated gaming display chip.
It also carries over the active cooling system from the Redmi K90 Max, by including an 18.1mm cooling fan with metal bearings. The company also claims that the cooling solution can reduce the temperatures by up to 10 degrees within 100 seconds while maintaining fan noise at around 32dB. It also carries an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
