New Delhi: Redmi has recently started working on a couple of the latest smartphones for the Chinese market. Redmi has recently been reported to be preparing to introduce the Redmi K100 series in August. And after this, Redmi might introduce the Turbo 6 series, which is expected to include the Turbo 6 and Turbo 6 Max. According to reports, the latest Redmi performance-aimed smartphone is currently slated to launch around January.
Some leaks suggested that the company is working on the Redmi Turbo 6 Max. It might feature a 7-inch 2K flat display, with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9-series processor, and a massive 10,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest battery-equipped performance devices in its segment. While sources have not disclosed the exact chipset, earlier it was claimed that the device would be powered by a 3nm chip.
It is expected to have sports with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a metal middle frame, and IP68/IP69 rated dust and water resistance. Redmi Turbo 6 Max is expected to compete with the OnePlus Turbo 7, which is also rumored to debut around the same time in China.
