Revanth, Uttam to meet CBI Directorfor expediting Kaleshwaram probe

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy will soon meet the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to press for expediting the probe into alleged irregularities in the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project.

Mr. Reddy said the State Cabinet had discussed the recent High Court verdict on the Justice P. C. Ghose Commission report on the project. He noted that the court had not found fault with the constitution of the judicial commission or its findings, affirming that the panel was legally and constitutionally valid.
