Ridhi Dogra reacts to dating rumours with Siwet Tomar; says 'there is nothing more than friendship between us'

Ridhi Dogra, who was recently seen in 'The 50' and was in the top 12 of the show, has finally addressed the dating rumours with co-contestants Siwet Tomar. During her stay in 'The 50' mahal, Ridhi developed a strong bond with Siwet and the latter often flirted with her.

Their growing closeness drew viewers’ attention, with many speculated that there could be something romantic between them. However, Ridhi has now cleared the rumours and explained their bond.Recently, during a conversation with Filmygyaan, the actress spoke about her bond with Siwet, "It cannot be anything else because we were in a very very high intensity place, you needed somebody who can give you, I think friendship, that is what it was.

Like I said, aap logo ne moments dekhe hai. I can understand you know there is a lot of 'young audience' attached to the show. I have done television and I know how people get connected to 'pairs' on television or people you see everyday.

I have been there before, I know this. So I completely understand their love, It is very sweet ke itna pyaar de rahe hai hum dono ko. But we are people at the end of the day, we are not somebody in a reality show.

So in reality, I wish him well.”Speaking about the time she spent with Siwet on 'The 50' show, the actress revealed that he will always have her support, "I will always stand by him because he truly truly, mera jo time tha show mein woh bahut acha kata Siwet ke wajah se. Uski madness, uski flirting, all his antiques ki wajah se,” she said.When asked how their equation has changed after the show, Ridhi Dogra gave a simple and clear reply, saying that now she considers him a friend.On the show, 'The 50', Ridhi bonded well with Prince Narula and team. She always played with their alliance and apart from Siwet, she trusted Yuvika Choudhary a lot in the show. When Siwet got voted out of the show, Ridhi broke down emotionally and blamed herself for not voting for Siwet.On the personal front, Ridhi got married to Raqesh Bapat in 2011 after dating each other for a brief period. However, later they decided to part ways in 2019 amicably.
