Ronaldo has reportedly stayed in Saudi Arabia despite rumors of his departure due to the growing tensions. New reports claim that news of his $81M jet flying to Madrid were false.

Speculation that Cristiano Ronaldo had left Saudi Arabia with his family has been firmly shut down.
Reports from several international outlets claimed the Portuguese forward’s $81 million private jet flew from Riyadh to Madrid on Monday evening, sparking suggestions he had departed amid rising regional tensions and reports of drone strikes targeting the US Embassy in Riyadh.
However, those claims have now been labelled inaccurate.
According to the Press Association and local Saudi outlet Al Riyadiyah, Ronaldo remains in the country. While it has been confirmed that his aircraft travelled to Europe, there is no official evidence that Ronaldo or his family were on board.
Acclaimed football insider Fabrizio Romano also addressed the rumours directly on social media.

“Reports on international media about Cristiano Ronaldo, who left Saudi Arabia with his family, are wide of the mark," he wrote.
“It’s fake news as Cristiano is now doing treatment at Al Nassr training ground after issues in the last game.
“Cristiano has not left Saudi Arabia to return to Madrid."
The clarification comes at a tense moment in the region. The Asian Football Confederation has suspended several fixtures, including Al Nassr’s AFC quarter-final against Al Wasl in Dubai.
Despite that, Saudi Pro League matches scheduled between Thursday and Saturday are expected to proceed. Al Nassr are currently set to host Neom in Riyadh this weekend.
Rather than fleeing the country, Ronaldo is reportedly focused on recovery after picking up a knock in his last appearance.
So, the belief is that, for now, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner remains in Saudi Arabia — training, treating, and preparing for his return to action.
