As Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu formally inaugurated the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) at Mayuri Tech Park, Mangalagiri, under the hub and spoke model, five spokes were virtually inaugurated at Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, Rajamahendravaram, Vijayawada and Anantapur.
In Tirupati, the RTIH spoke has been formally set up in a building near the Renigunta airport, which houses the International Institute of Digital Technologies (IIDT).
The innovation hub will emerge as a platform for the students and youth to congregate and give wings to their creativity and usher in an era of startups, said Srikalahasti MLA Bojjala Venkata Sudhir Reddy. The MLA, along Tirupati District Collector S. Venkateswar, formally lit the lamp and declared the plaque open.
Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) Vice-Chancellor C. Appa Rao, Joint Collector Shubham Bansal, trainee Collector Sandeep Raghuvanshi, Srikalahasti Revenue Divisional Officer Bhanuprakash Reddy and others took part.
