Ryan Seacrest has reintroduced his breathtaking Napa Valley villa to the market at $19.8 million, marking a minor drop from its earlier listing price. The esteemed TV host aims to sell this enchanting 40-acre Tuscan-style estate, which features 5 spacious bedrooms, an elegant private pool house, and a charming olive grove.

Famous TV show host Ryan Seacrest recently listed his Napa Villa for sale online. He had previously done this last year; however, had taken it off the market in November. Now, months later, as per the latest reports, he has relisted his property with a valuation tag of USD 20 million.

Ryan Seacrest relists Napa home for sale

As per recent reports from Mansion Global, the famed TV host is now asking for approximately USD 19.8 million dollars for his Napa home, situated in St. Helena near San Francisco. The house had been on the market for two years since he had listed it in 2024 for USD 22 million, however, in November last year, he took it off the market.

Taking a cut worth USD 2.2 million from its previous valuations, the celebrity is ready to sell of his 40-acre home.

Once sold, he will still gain a profit of USD 6 million as he first bought the property for USD 14 million.

The property itself spans across a whopping 40 acres of land, which Seacrest bought in 2020 for the scenic and beautiful areas of greenery surrounding the large home. The villa itself is spread across 10,750 square feet.

The main house on the property is inspired heavily by Tuscan-style traditional homes, and was remodelled by Seacrest and designers Clint Nicholas and Silvia Nobili. Other than that, the property is also home to a stunning private pool house, guest cottage, a bocce court, and a 220-tree Italian olive grove. In total, his relisted property in Napa Valley has around 5 bedrooms, along with 6 bathrooms, a spa, seven fireplaces, and a powder room.

The property is situated in the countryside and offers the residents a beautiful view of the vineyards in the surrounding areas. As per a PEOPLE report, the TV host spoke highly of the property and the views that surround it. He shared, “It’s such a peaceful spot, and the views out over the valley floor are unforgettable. You can even see the hot air balloons drifting by in the distance. It’s the kind of place where you naturally want to slow down and take it all in.”
