New Delhi: So finally, after this much waiting, Samsung has unveiled its latest Samsung Galaxy S26 series in India and globally. In this series, Samsung includes three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
These devices bring some of the latest changes across the software and hardware, such as the latest Privacy Display feature, the latest Galaxy AI features, including Now Nudge, the latest camera module design, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for the Galaxy, and Exynos 2600 processor, with faster charging, and much more with this latest series.
Galaxy S26 series also unveils Android 16-based on One UI 8.5, which also adds Perplexity as an additional AI Agent beside the Google Gemini and Samsung’s own revamped Bixby assistant. Galaxy S26 Ultra is available in four color options: Cobalt Violet, Black, Sky Blue, and White. But on Samsung’s official website, it has exclusive colors: Pink Gold and Silver Shadow.
For the base model, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will be priced at Rs 1,39,999. Galaxy S26 Plus is also available with a similar colour option, and for the base variant, it is priced at Rs 1,19,999. The standard Galaxy S26 is also available in similar color options, and the standard Galaxy S26 is priced at Rs 87,999 for the base variant.
Samsung Galaxy S26 series is set to go on sale across the markets on March 11. However, according to the Samsung official India website, early delivery for those who pre-order the device will start on March 6. Now, let’s discuss the specifications:
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra comes with a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera, it comes with a 200MP main camera sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera sensor, and a 10MP telephoto camera sensor with 3x optical zoom support. On the front, there is a 12MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies and video calling.
It is houses with the standard 5,000mAh battery pack, and it supports a 60W adapter, and it also has wireless charging support with wireless PowerShare. Out of the box, it comes with Android 16 based on One UI 8.5. It also carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus
It features a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and in some regions, it is available with an Exynos 2600 processor. It is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comprises a 50MP main camera sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 10MP telephoto camera sensor with 3x optical zoom support.
On the front, there is a 12MP primary camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It houses a 4,900mAh battery pack with 45W wired charging support and wireless charging with wireless PowerShare. Out of the box, it comes with Android 16, based on One UI 8.5.
Samsung Galaxy S26
It comes with a 6.2-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display, with a 120Hz refresh rate for the smoothest scrolling experience. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and in some regions, it is equipped with the Exynos 2600.
It is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In terms of camera, a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 10MP telephoto camera sensor with 3x optical zoom support. On the front, there is a 12MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It houses a 4,300mAh battery pack, which comes with 25W wired charging support, wireless charging support, and wireless PowerShare support. Out of the box, it comes with the Android 16-based One UI 8.5.
