A Bengaluru love triangle that played out across social media and local news has taken an unexpected turn. Leela, the woman who left her husband and three children to live with her lover, has now returned to her family after an emotional reconciliation with her husband, Manju.

The story, which unfolded in Basavanapura near Bannerghatta, had drawn widespread attention because of the public quarrels, social media videos and the dramatic back-and-forth between the couple.

A Twist in the Triangle

The Manju–Leela–Santu triangle had initially seemed settled when Leela left her home, children and marriage to live with her lover, Santu. Despite repeated pleas from her husband, she remained firm in her decision, even appearing in videos defending her choice.

Manju, however, continued to appeal to her to return. He spoke emotionally on camera, calling her by endearing names and asking her to think of their children. His desperation and heartbreak went viral, drawing online sympathy and criticism in equal measure.

Tension escalated when Manju, in a moment of anger, broke into the house where Leela and Santu were staying and attacked both. A police complaint followed, and Manju was arrested.

After being released, he left his home in Basavanapura and moved to the Jallimission area near Bannerghatta, taking his eldest son along. He bought a new auto to restart his life and posted frequent Instagram Reels reflecting on his situation and criticising Leela and Santu.

Why Leela Returned

The turning point came when Leela herself released a new video accusing Santu of not sending their children to school. This deepened concerns about the children’s wellbeing and opened the door for reconciliation.

Manju once again appealed for the return of his children, insisting that they should be with him. Soon after, Leela arrived at Manju’s house with all three children and decided to stay with her family.

This marked the unofficial end of the much-discussed love triangle, at least for now.
