SBI Foundation donates sweeping machine to Mysuru City Corporation

The Mysuru City Corporation on Monday received a sweeping machine and 100 dustbins which were donated by SBI Foundation as part of its support towards strengthening urban sanitation and cleanliness initiatives in the city.

The initiative is expected to support MCC in improving road sweeping operations, maintaining cleanliness in public places, and supporting waste management across the city, the foundation said.

MCC expressed its gratitude to the foundation for its contribution.

Representatives from the foundation handed over the vehicle to MCC Commissioner Sheikh Tanveer Asif. Swapan Dhar, MD and CEO, SBI Foundation; Ritesh Sain, Program Head, CONSERW and ACE, SBI Foundation; Aditya Vikram Gupta, Assistant Manager, CONSERW, SBI Foundation; Executive Engineer (Environment) Mruthyunjaya K.S; Environmental Engineers . Mythri and Jyothi; and Health Inspectors were present.
