'Seyon' plot revealed: Director Sivakumar Murugesan explains Sivakarthikeyan’s dual-deity role, calling it a 'story of faith'

'Thaai Kizhavi,' produced by Sivakarthikeyan and starring Radhika Sarathkumar, was released on February 27, and the team watched the screening with fans in Madurai. After the screening, director Sivakumar Murugesan met the media and shared his happiness.

He said watching the film’s first show with the people who supported his dream of becoming a director was a very emotional moment. He also thanked Sivakarthikeyan and Radhika for travelling to Madurai on the very first day just for him, calling it a memory he would always cherish.

'Seyon' story clarification

When asked about his next film, 'Seyon,' the director gave a clear explanation of the story. As per The Hindu, he said the film is about people who worship two different deities and how their beliefs are part of their everyday lives.

He strongly stated that the film is not against any god and is not made to support one side. Instead, it will show equal respect to all deities. With this statement, he made it clear that the film will handle the spiritual theme in a balanced and respectful way.
