He missed the 2023 edition while recovering from a finger injury. “It’s exciting to be in the WBC,” Bregman said. “It’s an honor to represent our country. We’re all extremely proud to be a a part of this team.” As Team USA begins its games in Houston, the city once again becomes part of Bregman’s baseball journey while he looks to create new memories wearing the Stars and Stripes.
