Sharvari is currently the talk of the town with her phenomenal acting in “Main Vaapas Aaunga” directed by Imtiaz Ali.The 29-year-old actress owns a toned physique and exudes boundless energy.Sharvari has steadily become a fitness inspiration for many people. Considering her role in action packed film Alpha, which is set to release on July 3, 2026, Sharvari has been preparing herself for a long time. The radiant, upbeat and vibrant persona believes that fitness is less about quick fixes and more about consistency, discipline and enjoying the process.Sharvari’s fitness regime is based on strength training and boxing.

She also believes in nourishing meals and adequate recovery; her wellness philosophy is rooted in sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets.

Fitness tailored to every role

Sharvari has said that her fitness routine circles around her changing roles. It depends upon the physical demands of the characters she portrays. While talking about her upcoming project, Alpha, she mentioned a structured diet that was solely based on protein. Along with it she practised an intense workout regimen to build strength and endurance.

Speaking to The Indian Express, the actress shared that she was following a four-meal-a-day plan which was rich in protein to fuel her demanding training sessions.Her focus rests mostly in becoming stronger and fitter.

A major component of Sharvari's wellness routine is strength training. She does not only depend upon cardio but also incorporates resistance exercises. These build lean muscles improve stamina and overall fitness.Her workouts include a number of exercises like the kettlebell exercises, medicine ball drills, TRX suspension training and functional fitness movements that associate multiple muscle groups simultaneously.These workouts not only improve strength but also boost equilibrium, coordination and mobility.

Boxing, Pilates and functional workouts

The only way a person will never feel bored of exercising is to keep on switching new routines. Sharvari is one of them.The same boring training is not something that fits her routine.She regularly practises a variety of strength training actions like boxing, kickboxing, which provide an intense full-body workout while improving agility, reflexes and cardiovascular health.Pilates also features prominently in her routine that helps her in strengthening her core. Improving posture and flexibility are the two most essential things that Sharvari prioritizes.According to several fitness features, the actress also enjoys tyre flips, battle ropes, dance-based workouts and high-intensity cardio sessions to keep her workouts engaging and challenging. Her social media is filled with snippets from these diverse training sessions as she believes fitness should be fun and effective.

Eating the right way

Sharvari does not believe in crash diets or starving herself of food. Instead, she makes sure she eats a balanced nutritional diet that supports her active lifestyle.During intense film preparations and shootings, her meals are planned to provide ample protein. She leaves the complex carbohydrates and healthy fats for recovery and sustained energy.Sharvari has also expressed her preference for simple, home-cooked meals over heavily processed foods whenever possible.Above mentioned everything can only function properly when a person is hydrated.
