Actress Shilpa Shirodkar had an unexpected and unsettling Wednesday when her car was hit by a Cityflo bus in Mumbai. Sharing the incident on Instagram, Shilpa revealed that while no one was injured, the impact left her car visibly damaged.

Yogesh Kadam and Mr. Vilas Mankote, refused to take responsibility — instead claiming it was solely the driver’s fault. “How ruthless are these guys? How much can a driver be earning!” she wrote, pointing out the company’s lack of accountability.

Gratitude to Mumbai police
Despite the ordeal, Shilpa took a moment to appreciate the swift action of the Mumbai police.
Tagging the official handles of the force, she wrote, “Thanks to @mumbaipolice @cpmumbaipolice, they helped me file a police complaint without much problem.” She also called on the bus company to get in touch with her directly to resolve the matter. The actress stressed that while her staff escaped without injuries, “anything could have happened,” showing how serious the incident could have been.

Following the stressful episode, Shilpa posted cheerful selfies with friends, including actor Chum Darang.
