Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was booked seven times this year by ITMS cameras in Bengaluru, mostly for not wearing a seat belt. The fines, totalling Rs 2,500, have been paid.

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been flagged for seven traffic violations since January 2024, according to records of the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS).
Six of the violations were for not wearing a seat belt while travelling in the front seat, with cameras capturing the offences at different city junctions.
Officials said fines amounting to Rs 2,500 were issued and have already been paid.
