Siddhant Chaturvedi and Alizeh Agnihotri to star in Vikas Bahl’s 90s UK Punjabi musical - Reports

A fresh pairing may soon light up the big screen as reports suggest Siddhant Chaturvedi and Alizeh Agnihotri are set to star in filmmaker Vikas Bahl’s upcoming musical drama. According to Variety India the yet-untitled project is inspired by the rise of the UK Punjabi underground movement of the 1990s.

An official announcement is still awaited. However fans are already excited about the fresh casting and the film’s musical dimension.

The film will reportedly follow a love story shaped not just by emotion but also by ambition. Reports also state that Siddhant will play a drummer while Alizeh will portray a singer.
