More than six tribal hamlets in Venkatagiri mandal got road connectivity with the TVS Company laying a road near Mogallagunta village.

Venkatagiri MLA Kurugondla Ramakrishna and Collector S. Venkateswar formally inaugurated the road on Monday, in the presence of Srinivasa Services Trust (belonging to TVS Company) Chairman Swaran Singh.

The bridge atop Guruginja canal was developed in a short span of seven months involving a financial outlay of ₹48 lakh, linking Periyavaram, Mogallagunta, Kotlagunta, Thimmayyagunta, Busipalem and other hamlets.

Mr. Venkateswar, speaking about the P4 concept of the top 10% adopting 20% at the bottom, hailed the Srinivasa Trust for adopting 1,900 families and urged fellow voluntary organisations to adopt a similar approach.
