SJAN celebrates World Sports Journalists Day

Nagpur: The Sports Journalists Association of Nagpur (SJAN) celebrated World Sports Journalists Day at their Vivekanand Nagar office on Thursday.On the occasion, SJAN distributed volleyball sports material to the volleyball players of Vivekanand Nagar Hindi Primary School, who practice at the Samarth Vyayam Shala.Senior volleyball administrator Sunil Hande and Sandhya Bhagat of the Vivekanand Nagar School shared the dais.On the occasion the sports journalists of Nagpur also felicitated the meritorious students of SJAN members who scored excellent marks in the Class 10 and 12 examinations. These included Samruddhi Ramteke, Gargi Kunte, and Devang Singh.At the beginning of the programme, tribute was paid to Nagpur Patrakar Sangh president TB Golhar on his demise. SJAN members and their family members were present at the programme.
