Skullcandy Icon ANC launched in India with up to 60 hours battery life, priced at Rs 8,999

Skullcandy has relaunched its iconic headphone series with the new Icon ANC, nearly 20 years after the original Icon made a name for itself in the boardsports community. The all-new Skullcandy Icon headphones feature active noise cancellation (ANC), are sweat- and water-resistant, and offer up to 60 hours of battery life on a single charge.

The new Skullcandy Icon ANC headphones are claimed to offer up to 60 hours of battery life with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) turned off, and up to 50 hours with ANC enabled. There is a Rapid Charge support which is said to deliver four hours of playback with a quick 10-minute charge.

The headphones come with an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance. They feature Active Noise Cancellation, Personal Sound technology by Mimi®, and an adjustable Stay-Aware mode for enhanced environmental awareness.For calls, the Icon ANC is equipped with a Clear Voice Smart Mic and Natural Voice Sidetone. Users can tailor their audio experience with custom and preset EQ modes, including Music, Bass Boost, and Podcast settings.The headphones also support Low Latency Audio Mode for smooth video playback and are compatible with the Skullcandy app for deeper customization.
