Kylor Kelley just finished his first NBA season. The L.A. Lakers have one two-way contract and one regular roster spot available going into camp. Since losing Anthony Davis, Los Angeles has prioritized size and inside defense, and Kylor Kelley seems perfect for this.

In addition to providing flexibility with South Bay in case he does not secure a roster place, his presence gives the L.A.

Lakers another way to guard the rim behind Deandre Ayton. Additionally, he was reunited with Luka Doncic, who was his former teammate. Meanwhile, once the news was made public, netizens flocked to X to react to the whole thing. They commented under the Lakers' official post and welcomed the player with open arms.
