The 14th match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 will see former champions Spain get their campaign underway against debutant Cape Verde at Atlanta Stadium tonight. This will be the first match to be played from Group H which also features Uruguay and Saudi Arabia.
Cape Verde are the third least populated nation to make it to the FIFA World Cup behind Curaçao and Iceland.
Monday will be the first ever meeting between these two teams.
