'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' trailer to release in theatres

Much like 'Avengers: Doomsday', which opted to release the trailer in theatres first and then release the clip only a week later, unverified reports claim that the superhero film could possibly adopt a similar strategy. Reports further state that while the trailer launch is set for March 20, the trailer is not expected to be released online until March 23. With this, those heading to theatres to watch the film can watch the trailer, in IMAX format.

'Spider-Man' trailer to be attached with 'Project Hail Mary' and 'Dhurandhar 2'

While the report states that the clip will release along with 'Project Hail Mary', it remains to be seen if the trailer will also release with the Indian film 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge'. In India, reports on Friday stated that the Ryan Gosling sci-fi space adventure film has postponed its release by a week to avert a clash with 'Dhurandhar 2'. Thus, the Ranveer Singh starrer will enjoy a solo release in cinemas on March 19.

While Sony has yet to confirm the plan officially, speculation has intensified, especially after the trailer leaked online for the second time in a row, early this year. The leak sent studio bosses scrambling to get the video off social media handles.
