Srabanti leads mystery drama Thakumar Jhuli

A gripping mix of mystery and emotion, Thakumar Jhuli directed by Ayan Chakraborti brings together suspense and family dynamics in a compelling new series set in Bishnupur. The story follows Girijabala Sanyal, a sharp and observant widow in her mid-60s, whose solitary life takes an unexpected turn when her estranged granddaughter Jaggaseni returns from abroad.

Jaggaseni’s visit, meant to attend her friend Amrapali’s wedding in a powerful political family, soon takes a dark twist as a disturbing mystery unfolds.
