SSC MTS admit card 2026: The Staff Selection Commission has officially released the SSC MTS Admit Card 2026 for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2025 on its main portal, ssc.gov.in.
Candidates appearing for the computer-based test starting February 4, 2026, can now download their hall tickets through the SSC login module.The admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination centre and carries critical details including exam venue, reporting time, shift, and candidate identification. Without it, no candidate will be permitted inside the test hall.

With the release of hall tickets, SSC has completed the last operational step before the exam cycle moves into full execution mode.
Earlier, the Commission had issued the exam city intimation slip on January 30, giving candidates advance information about their allotted centres. The admit card, however, remains the final authority for access. Candidates must log in using their Registration ID or Roll Number and Date of Birth to download the document.The admit cards are being released across all nine SSC regions — Northern, North Western, North Eastern, Western, Central, Eastern, Southern, Kerala–Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh — underlining the nationwide scale of the recruitment drive.
Exam pattern: 90 Minutes that decide everything
The SSC MTS and Havaldar computer-based test will be conducted in two tightly timed sessions of 45 minutes each, demanding speed, accuracy and mental endurance.Session I: 40 questions for 120 marks, covering Numerical and Mathematical Ability along with Reasoning and Problem Solving.Session II: 50 questions for 150 marks, testing General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension.The bifurcated structure is designed to evaluate both analytical strength and information depth.
Once the clock starts, there is no room for hesitation.The examination will be held in Hindi, English and 13 regional languages, including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu — a move aimed at widening access across linguistic and regional lines.
Mandatory verification before exam day
Candidates have been instructed to download their admit cards immediately and verify every detail, including:
- Name and photograph
- Category
- Exam centre address
- Date and shift timing
Any discrepancy must be reported at once through the respective regional SSC portals.On exam day, candidates must carry:
- A printed copy of the admit card
- A valid photo ID
Failure to follow reporting instructions or documentation requirements can lead to denial of entry.
