State-level distribution of K.M. Mani educational excellence award begins

The Kerala Youth Front (M), the youth wing of the Kerala Congress (M), launched the State-level distribution of the K.M. Mani Educational Excellence Award at a function held at Girideepam Bethany Central School in Kottayam on Monday (July 6, 2026).

Juan Maria Tojo and Lia Rose George, who secured full marks in the Plus Two examination, were presented with cash awards of ₹5,000 each, excellence awards, and books by K.M. Mani. Awards were also presented to students who secured outstanding results in the SSLC and Plus Two examinations.

The organisers said the awards would be distributed across all 14 districts through district- and regional-level functions in the coming days.

Kerala Youth Front (M) State president Syriac Chazhikadan presided over the function.
