Tollywood’s most adored couple, Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, are celebrating 21 years of marital bliss! Yes, that’s right. It has been 21 years since the couple said ‘I do’. On the special occasion, Namrata Shirodkar took to her social media handle and dropped a throwback picture with her husband.

The photo, taken inside an aircraft, captures the couple in a candid moment.

The couple first met back in 2000 on the sets of their film ‘Vamsi’. At the time, Mahesh Babu was an emerging actor in the Telugu film industry, and Namrata had already made a name for herself after winning the Miss India Universe. Initially, Mahesh Babu’s family was a tad reluctant about their relationship, however, his sister convince the family for marriage.

The couple tied the knot on February 10, 2005, in a traditional ceremony in the presence of close family and friends. In 2006, they welcomed their first child, a son, Gautam. In 2012, they were blessed with their daughter Sitara.On the professional front, Mahesh Babu will be next seen in SS Rajamouli's highly anticipated action-adventure drama ‘Varanasi’. He plays the lead role alongside Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film is set for release in 2027.
