Haridwar | January 26, 2026: On the occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day, Swami Ramdev, President of Patanjali Yogpeeth, along with General Secretary Acharya Balkrishna, hoisted the national flag at Patanjali Wellness, Phase-2, and extended Republic Day greetings to citizens across the country.

Addressing the gathering, Swami Ramdev administered the Panch Pran—a five-point national resolve focused on Swadeshi education, Swadeshi healthcare, a Swadeshi economy, a Swadeshi Sanatan way of life, and the vision of a self-reliant, developed India through indigenous practices. He emphasized that these pillars are critical for positioning India as the world’s leading economic, military, social, and spiritual power, capable of inspiring the global community.

Swami Ramdev expressed concern over rising global instability driven by tariff wars, power politics, economic dominance, and ideological extremism. He urged citizens to respond with unity, discipline, and national commitment, reiterating the need for “One Nation, One Constitution, One Flag, One Resolve.” According to him, a strong, organized, and self-confident India is essential to ensure dignity for its people and security for people worldwide.
Calling for social harmony, he appealed for an end to internal conflicts among saints, religious leaders, castes, communities, regions, and languages. He stressed that India’s strength lies in collective identity and shared heritage, rooted in the legacy of sages, ancestors, and freedom fighters.

Highlighting economic self-reliance, Swami Ramdev advocated for the adoption of Swadeshi products, rejection of colonial-era education models, and reduced dependence on multinational corporations.
He underlined that strengthening the Indian rupee and enhancing the global value of the Indian passport depend on a unified national effort.

On cow protection, he emphasized practical action over symbolism, urging citizens to use cow-based products daily and support cow-based agriculture. He stated that even a daily contribution of ₹10 per person toward cow-based products could generate massive support for cattle welfare nationwide.Acharya Balkrishna, in his address, reminded citizens that Republic Day symbolizes sacrifice, resilience, and responsibility. He urged the nation to pursue larger goals inspired by martyrs and revolutionaries, and to work collectively toward establishing India as a global leader and Vishwaguru.
