Vanessa Bryant and her daughter Natalia were among the guests at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden, and the mother-daughter pair offered one of the more personal glimpses into the event.

The Bryants shared outfit posts on Instagram ahead of the ceremony, drawing wide attention.

Vanessa captioned a smiling selfie with Natalia simply as "T&T," while Natalia posted a royal blue dress with the caption "Something blue." For two people who generally guard their privacy closely, the posts felt notably warm.

Why were the Bryants at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding?

The Bryant family's connection to Swift runs deeper than a simple celebrity crossover. Back in 2015, Swift brought Kobe Bryant out as a surprise guest during her concert in Los Angeles.

Then, during the Eras Tour's LA stop, she brought Gianna Bryant on stage, a gesture that clearly meant something to the family.

Kobe himself had spoken about Swift with genuine respect. "You can't have that level of consistent success and not be a killer. It's impossible," he said, drawing a comparison to his own relentless drive. That kind of mutual admiration explains why the relationship between Swift and the Bryants has lasted well beyond a single concert moment.

Vanessa attending the wedding, then, was not a surprise to anyone who had been paying attention.

What did guests say about the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Wedding?

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have stayed quiet since the ceremony. Swift's representative confirmed the marriage with a brief statement, but neither has spoken publicly. What has come out is largely through guests, and the picture they paint is of a couple who seemed genuinely at ease. One attendee told Page Six that Swift and Kelce were relaxed all evening, leaning in to whisper to each other and laughing between conversations.

"They made a point of circulating and it seemed like they genuinely wanted every guest to feel appreciated and welcome," the source said.A no-phones policy kept the details under wraps, though guests did not seem to mind. "Nobody seemed bothered by giving up their phones because everyone understood why," another source said. "It actually made people more present throughout the evening."The couple is reportedly taking time off before a honeymoon, with plans to attend the wedding of Kelce's former Kansas City Chiefs teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster next weekend. Kelce does not need to report to training camp until the end of the month, and Swift currently has no tour dates or new album plans on the horizon.
