Telangana FDC to act as nodal agency for anti-piracy measures, says chairman Dil Raju; online system for film shoot approvals

HYDERABAD: Telangana Film Development Corporation chairman Dil Raju on Thursday announced that the FDC will serve as the nodal agency for implementing a streamlined online film shooting permission system and enforcing strict anti-piracy measures.Addressing a press conference, Dil Raju said a special committee will be formed, comprising representatives from the Film Chamber of Commerce, cyber cell, and the police department, to oversee the system and ensure effective implementation. He said that the state govt is taking strong steps to curb piracy and support the film industry's growth.He also informed that, as per the directions of the chief minister, several rounds of meetings have been conducted with the deputy chief minister to address the key challenges faced by the film fraternity.
