Telangana HC notice to HYDRAA chief in contempt case

HYDERABAD: The Telangana HC on Friday issued notices to HYDRAA commissioner AV Ranganath and Rangareddy collector C Narayana Reddy, GHMC deputy commissioner Prashanthi in a contempt case and sought explanations from them by Aug 22.

Justice K Lakshman was hearing a contempt petition filed by Vadde Tara who complained that officials demolished her house at Guttala Begumpet area contrary to the court's order to take action only after determining Sunnam Cheruvu FTL.
