As part of Agricultural Experiential Learning Programme (AELP), four final year students of College of Agricultural Engineering in Kandi who cultivated vegetables, sold the produce at the Sangaredy District Collectorate.

They were given a budget of ₹10,000 to cultivate and sell the vegetables, including expenses for buying seeds, manure and other resources. This was done to give them hands-on experience in understanding the cycle of cultivating crops, finance management and agriculture marketing.
