Telugu short film selected for screening at DPIFF 2026

Telugu short film The 3rd, directed by journalist and writer K.A. Muni Suresh Pillai, has been selected for screening at the 16th Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF) 2026, slated to be held in New Delhi on April 30.

The film explores the pressures faced by students in today’s competitive academic environment. It draws inspiration from Newton’s Third Law of Motion to highlight cause-and-effect consequences of institutional stress.
