Terror suspect Abdul Rehman murdered in Faridabad jail by another inmate

Terror suspect Abdul Rehman, who was lodged in the Neemka Jail in Haryana’s Faridabad was murdered inside the prison by another inmate Arun Choudhary.

Rehman was arrested in March 2025 by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Haryana Special Task Force (STF) for allegedly plotting an attack on Ram Temple in Ayodhya and being in possession of two hand grenades.

Arun Choudhary currently faces murder and attempt to murder charges in eight cases in Jammu and Amritsar. He was shifted from Kathua to Neemka in October 2024.
