suicide bombing that killed more than 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel, Indian agencies identified several accused linked to the attack’s planning, logistics and execution.

By 2021, some had been arrested while others were killed in encounters.
Investigators also identified Arjumand Gulzar Dar, alias Hamza Burhan, alias Doctor, a Pakistan-based commander of the Al Badr terror group, as one of the masterminds behind the attack.
