Every city has a few desserts that outlive trends and become part of its identity. In Kolkata, a handful of such creations have become timeless icons, woven into the city’s celebrations and food culture.
This World Chocolate Day, Calcutta Times stepped into the kitchens of some of the most iconic bakeries and sweet shops to get a taste of how these classics come to life.
