Three killed in an accident at Mandya district

Three persons died on the spot when the vehicle in which they were travelling veered out of control after hitting a road side curb and fell into a ditch, at Mandya district on December 7.

The accident took place on the Bengaluru–Mangaluru highway near Nagathihalli in Nagamangala taluk. The deceased are from the same family and were identified as Chandre Gowda, 64, from Chikkamagaluru, Sarojamma, 57, and Jayamma, 70. The Bindigenavile police visited the spot and have registered a case.
