Chet Hanks is stuck in Colombia without a passport

Taking to the social media account on February 27, the actor’s son announced that he is currently in Colombia and cannot leave the country. He shared a video detailing the matter to his followers, revealing that he is stuck there because he does not currently have his American passport.Detailing the matter, he shared that he had been in Puerto Rico for a close friend’s birthday. At the time he planned on leaving, he revealed that he thought he should visit Colombia as well.

He added that the place was only 3 hours away and that another one of his friends lived there.He shared, “I don’t have a green card because I’m an American citizen. I don’t have my American passport with me, so I’m literally stuck in Colombia. I’m stuck in Medellín. Granted, there’s worse places to be stuck. But I literally have no f–king idea what I’m gonna do.” The actor, known for his role in ‘Running Point’, revealed that his American passport was on the verge of expiring, which is why he had been traveling with his Greek passport.

This, however, caused a lot of problems for the star when he planned on leaving Colombia. To solve his problem, he shared that he will have to go to Bogota by another flight. “I don’t want to go to Bogotá. So, uh, yeah. Free me. You know what I’m saying? Free me,” he concluded in the video.
