In a significant breakthrough for security forces ahead of the annual Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, Kathua Police arrested alleged terror facilitator Haji Latief during an overnight operation, officials said.
The arrest comes just days before the pilgrimage is set to begin on July 3, with security agencies maintaining heightened vigilance across Jammu and Kashmir.
